Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:-
· Provide administrative support to the Retail Operations team in HQ.
· Prepare and maintain retail operational reports, sales data, and documentation.
· Assist in Retail team recruitment process.
· Coordinate communication between headquarters, retail outlets, and external vendors, shopping mall management team, etc.
· Assist in stock monitoring, inventory updates, and product allocation tracking.
· Support purchase order processing, invoice verification, and filing activities.
· Maintain accurate records of retail operations, staff attendance, and store-related documents.
· Assist in coordinating promotional campaigns and retail activities.
· Monitor store operational compliance and follow up on pending tasks.
· Support scheduling of meetings, training sessions, and operational activities.
· Handle data entry and ensure information accuracy in internal systems.
· Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and presentations for management review.
· Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
