 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, improving efficiency, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily manufacturing and production activities to ensure smooth operations.

• Analyze production processes and recommend improvements for productivity, quality, and cost reduction.

• Identify and troubleshoot production line issues and provide effective corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

• Ensure product and process quality comply with company standards and specifications.

• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment.

• Monitor machine performance, downtime, and production output.

• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.

• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production teams to optimize workflow.

• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company safety policies.

• Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation.

• Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements :

• Degree or General Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate and coordinate with China-based counterparts and stakeholders.
