We are seeking for detail-oriented and someone who passionate about organization and compliance to join our team as a Quality Assurance Executive. This is a key role in managing product quality and critical documentation in a regulated chemical environment.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain exposure in quality system, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.

This position is based at our Head Office in North Port, Klang.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain controlled documents (SOPs, manuals, licences, records)

  • Prepare and handle regulatory documents including Poison Licences

  • Track licence renewals and ensure ongoing compliance

  • Maintain document version control, logs, and filing systems

  • Support inventory tracking of controlled substances

  • Coordinate product analysis and testing process in internal and external labs, ensuring product performance and quality fall within required specification and meeting customers’ needs

  • Work closely with Operations and other departments on product quality and regulatory compliances related to industry

  • Provide assistance during internal & external audits  

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Some working experience / internship in chemical industry is an added advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)

  • Familiarity with DMS/ERP systems is a plus
