Job Description:

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical duties efficiently.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.

  • Manage filing systems (physical and digital).

  • Monitor office supplies and arrange purchases when necessary.

  • Assist Finance & Accounts department in preparing payment records and invoices.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • To carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Job Highlights

- 5 Working days only.

- Working hours : Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm

Requirements:

-       Candidate must possess at least SPM.

-       Computer literate – familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.

-       Able to communicate well with all levels and work as a team.
