Job Description:
Handle daily administrative and clerical duties efficiently.
Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
Manage filing systems (physical and digital).
Monitor office supplies and arrange purchases when necessary.
Assist Finance & Accounts department in preparing payment records and invoices.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
To carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Computer literate – familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Able to communicate well with all levels and work as a team.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
