Responsibilities
Job Scope:
To provide efficient support in all administrative tasks including but not limited to attending to incoming/outgoing correspondences and other business correspondences.
Maintain proper filing record (softcopy and hardcopy) of office project / admin documentation.
Travel arrangement.
Maintain absolute confidentiality and handle all tasks assigned expeditiously.
Other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field.
Good administrative and computer literacy skills.
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers is an added advantage.
Strong multitasking skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
