Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Support Coordinator based in KL. The Project Support Coordinator will manage administrative tasks, support project scheduling, assist in tracking project progress, and ensure seamless communication between teams. This role also includes coordinating resources, maintaining records, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve project workflows.


Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge or exposure to project support, project coordination, or project administration functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a genuine interest in improving processes and operational efficiency
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in administrative coordination, including scheduling, documentation control, reporting, and follow-up management
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project coordination / tracking tools is an added advantage
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Prior experience or exposure in engineering, construction, infrastructure, telecommunications, ICT, automotive, or project-based industries will be an added advantage
