Overview Summary of the Senior Manager role

A senior operational leader responsible for delivering stable, resilient IT network operations in a Shared Service Center, providing technical leadership, proactive problem prevention, and continuous improvement for a manufacturing customer who is base in China and Indonesia.

Job base in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end operational stability of IT network services, ensuring consistent achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and availability targets
• As the senior escalation point for major incidents and service degradation.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to operations teams during incidents and investigations, ensuring effective resolution.
• Lead root cause analysis and change reviews to ensure sustainable, risk-aware solutions
• Drive a strong problem management culture by leveraging trend analysis and operational data to anticipate failures, reduce repeat incidents, and eliminate structural weaknesses in the network environment
• Own and deliver Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives across processes, monitoring, and automation to deliver measurable gains in stability, MTTR, and operational efficiency.
• Support enterprise network standards, ensuring strong governance in risk, compliance, and change management
• Govern vendor performance within the SSC model while leading and developing Network Operations managers and teams with clear expectations.
• Foster a culture of stability, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.

Who we looking for?

• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN in large-scale network environments (e.g., manufacturing or factory setups)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco network devices and Aruba wireless technologies
• Familiarity with network management and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds NCM, PRTG, and Zabbix
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in enterprise network or infrastructure operations
• At least 5+ years in senior operational leadership roles (shared services or managed services experience preferred)
• Proven experience supporting manufacturing or mission-critical environments
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – mandatory
