Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE:
Plan and manage the development, implementation and operations of the MISC Group’s local and global ICT Infrastructure Services initiatives to ensure a secure and reliable ICT Infrastructure to optimally support MISC Group’s business growth and operational needs.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Infrastructure Initiatives
Plan and manage the Group ICT Infrastructure strategies and initiatives, to support MISC Group’s business strategies and initiatives.
Infrastructure Development and Implementation
Plan and manage the procurement strategies, tender and contract evaluation, design development and implementation for Group ICT Infrastructure initiatives to ensure successful implementation as per project objectives and plans.
Infrastructure Maintenance and Support
Plan and manage the implementation of Group ICT Infrastructure maintenance and support initiatives to ensure operational excellence through cost-effective and high system availability and integrity to best support the Group’s business and operational requirements.
ICT Disaster Recovery ManagementManage the ICT Disaster Recovery Plan relating to ICT Infrastructure to ensure that critical business functions can either maintain or quickly resume in the event of disaster.
Infrastructure Services Knowledge ManagementManage the development, review of infrastructure guidelines, standards and practices to provide best approaches/ solutions, lessons learnt, etc. to support operational efficiency and effectiveness of the ICT Infrastructure Services deliverables/ services.
People Development Develop, motivate and coach subordinates to develop capabilities within the ICT Infrastructure Services team.
REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION
Minimum 10 – 12 years of working experience in IT industry with specific experience in managing ICT Infrastructure.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of specific experience in managing various ICT infrastructure project development, implementation and operations, such as local and wide area network, communication and data center facilities management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology or equivalent.
