This is an on-site contract role for an Application Support Analyst located in Kota Damansara. The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining consistent application performance. Daily tasks include incident resolution, managing system updates, analyzing data patterns for problem-solving, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency. Timely resolution and communication with stakeholders are critical aspects of this role.

• Strong Application Support skills to manage, monitor, and ensure application stability and performance
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively
• Experience providing Technical Support to ensure seamless issue resolution while working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional correspondence with team members and clients
• Familiarity with Java and SQL to assist in identifying system-related issues within the application stack
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in IT or application support roles is preferred
