Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide L2/L3 application support for telecom domain applications in a production environment.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
· Support live production systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
· Debug and resolve issues in complex, distributed environments.
· Work with cross-functional teams for incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
· Manage deployments, monitoring, and scaling using AWS services
· Support and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend integrations
· Document issues, solutions, and operational procedures
· Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in telecom applications support
· Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and runtime environments (e.g., Node.js)
· Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries
· Solid knowledge of PHP with hands-on experience in Laravel
· Practical experience with AWS (deployment, monitoring, scaling).
· Experience supporting production systems and troubleshooting real-time issues.
· Good understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and integrations
· Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
· Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in complex systems
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
· Experience in stakeholder management
· Exposure to ITIL processes or incident management frameworks
