Role Description

Learnify Training Center is seeking a Freelancer Instructor for an on-site role based in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Instructor will conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, develop course materials, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback. The role involves adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles, collaborating with the education team to improve curriculum content, and staying updated on advancements in the field of education and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and lesson planning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to engage and inspire learners
• Strong assessment and feedback skills to monitor and enhance student progress
• Proficient in using digital tools and technology to facilitate learning
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
• Previous experience in the education or training sector is highly desirable
