Transformation PMO 5 Relevant PMO experience on complex projects across marketsregions

Excellent in project tracking setting up project plan managing risk and issue log reporting and governance and ensures adheres quality assurance as per existing transformation framework and guidelines

Understands the project lifecycle AgileScrum methodologies key activities for Change Adoption

Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity JIRA Confluence

Understanding of banking andor financial services industry andor shared services organizations

Experience of working in a banking environment and change projects

Selfdriven and proactive manages own time and workload advocates to team the importance of project pace to achieve successful delivery asks questions when they do not understand

Problem solving ability with adherence to deadlines and tight timeliness

Evidence of strong communication and proven ability to work with senior stakeholders

Understands Programme Management Frameworks aware of programme organizational structures including stakeholders roles and names

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Program and Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery within established timelines
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in managing complex data for informed business decisions
• Demonstrated ability in communication, fostering collaboration, and managing stakeholder relationships effectively
• Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure efficient program and project execution
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, along with strong verbal and written proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or any relevant field
• Prior experience in IT consulting, enterprise applications, or similar industries preferred
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and autonomy
