We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Agency Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and delivering exceptional results. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and exceptional communication skills to effectively understand and address client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their business objectives, goals, and challenges.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and integrated campaigns tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital marketing, social media, and analytics, to develop and execute client campaigns that drive measurable results and ROI.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions, effectively communicating campaign strategies, progress updates, and performance metrics.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client industries, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies and campaign tactics.
- Manage client budgets, timelines, and project deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to existing clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and advertising, and share insights with clients and internal teams.
- Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate new business leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in account management, marketing, or advertising roles, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and advertising.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, strategies, and results effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and ability to develop innovative solutions to meet client objectives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, marketing automation platforms).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Previous agency experience and knowledge of various industries and market segments is preferred.
WORK SETUP
- Amenable to work from home online with own equipment
- Work hours is 9pm to 6am (SGT)
