Qualifications

Senior Electrical Engineer

Bachelor’s / Postgraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering

Strong knowledge in MV & LV power system design

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Bachelor’s / Postgraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Strong knowledge in Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation design + Active Fire Protection Services

• A minimum of 3 years' experience working in Engineering Consultancy/ Construction industry
• Background in Data Centre design and commissioning experience is a plus
• Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English
• Have the ability to think on your feet, organize and deliver project on schedule
• Necessary experience eligible for registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia as a Professional Engineer or a registered PEPC
• Candidate with the skill of BIM or have accreditation as ATD will be an added advantage
• Familiar with AutoCAD and/or Revit BIM

Role Description

• Performing as M&E design consultant roles for data centre projects from feasibility studies to conceptual design
• Designing & developing technical solutions for clients’ projects
• Producing, coordinating and reviewing M&E design drawings and specifications
• Review of workshop drawings & regular inspection of works onsite for quality checks
• Review all Testing and Commissioning plan and attendance of all tests in shop factory and onsite
• Liaison with authorities having jurisdiction for approval of submissions and installations
• Travelling out of town if required for project needs
• Attending all project meetings
• Project closure and prepare handover document
