Requirements
Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in a relevant field.
Prior experience in procurement, clerical, or administrative roles is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational and documentation skills.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Draft and process ITQs, ITBs, memos, tenders, purchase orders, and related correspondence.
Assist in issuing tenders, tracking proposals, evaluating bids, and handling purchase orders.
Organise tender documents, invoices, purchase requisitions, and supplier catalogs.
Handle correspondence, maintain procurement files, and ensure proper documentation.
Follow safety regulations and protect company information assets.
