RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from job briefing to offer management and onboarding
• Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements, project needs, and market conditions
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job portals, databases, and networking
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide career advisory to ensure strong role fit
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates to support repeat business
• Develop new business opportunities through market mapping, cold outreach, and referrals
• Provide market insights including salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent availability
• Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions within the internal system
• Ensure a high level of service delivery and timely communication throughout the hiring process

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles will be an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
