Title: Director, Experience & Activation

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

An accomplished Director, Experience & Activation who will takes ownership of a key regional account and is primarily responsible in leading the strategic growth and planning excellence while overseeing the activation delivery.

Due to the complex nature of this key global account, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking and time-management capabilities to manage client stakeholders and internal teams on global, regional and local levels.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

Strategic Growth & Commercial

Clear growth pathways, commercially viable solutions, and a partner who can translate business challenges into action.

  • Lead client conversations to uncover business challenges and identify growth opportunities
  • Translate challenges into insight-led strategies and scalable solutions
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the region, connecting global teams to accelerate growth
  • Support SOW development, renewals, and commercial negotiations
  • Co-lead pitches to secure new business

Strategic Media Planning & Local Market Adaptation

Globally aligned strategies that flex to local market realities and unlock performance.

  • Lead quarterly and annual media planning across multiple markets
  • Translate global strategy into locally relevant activation plans
  • Adapt plans based on cultural nuance, media landscape, and consumer behaviour

Planning, Activation & Delivery

Seamless, integrated execution across channels with clear accountability.

  • Oversee multi-channel planning and activation across SEM, Social, and Display
  • Guide teams to deliver integrated strategies and competitive propositions
  • Manage priorities, resources, and timelines across markets
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time campaign launches
  • Troubleshoot escalations and resolve delivery challenges

Campaign Setup, Measurement & Governance

Consistent, scalable frameworks with clear measurement and accountability.

  • Ensure campaigns align with global frameworks while adapting to local structures
  • Oversee measurement strategy and consistent reporting across markets
  • Maintain governance across platform setup, KPI mapping, and tagging

Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence

Strong leadership that drives quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead regional activation teams (onshore and offshore)
  • Drive accountability across timelines, QA, and optimisation
  • Review performance regularly to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Alignment

Clear communication, alignment, and collaboration across all stakeholders.

  • Act as the primary liaison across regional teams, markets, partners, and clients
  • Align on priorities and share performance updates
  • Contribute to strategic forums (QBRs, test & learn agendas, planning sessions)


Requirements

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • Minimum 9 years in media agency-side roles, with at least 4 years in a people-management and managerial role
  • Fluent English communication, verbal and written
  • Experienced in integrated media planning, with a strong understanding of digital channels activation – with exceptional knowledge of conversion campaigns.
  • Significant proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders like media partners and external agencies
  • Demonstrable experience in translating client objectives into feasible, well thought-out digital strategies with a focus towards performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of APAC media landscape to adapt and localise global and regional strategies
  • Experience leading large scale account teams across different offices and time zones
  • Strong experience in B2B and D2C is a plus
