Role Summary:

Responsible for managing Change, Release, and Deployment activities to ensure smooth implementation of IT changes and releases with minimal business impact. The role also involves coordinating across multiple vendors and teams within a SIAM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Change, Release, and Deployment processes.
• Review and coordinate standard, normal, and emergency changes.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth release execution.
• Conduct CAB meetings and maintain proper documentation and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and governance standards.
• Monitor release success, risks, and continuous process improvements.

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in ITSM, Change, Release, or Deployment Management.
• Good understanding of ITIL v3/v4 and SIAM environment.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.
