Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Contract Logistics business
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets
• Build long-term relationships with key customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Represent Maersk at industry events
• Provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates
• Drive continuous improvement using LEAN principles

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years' related experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL contract logistics
• Strong sales, negotiation, and commercial skills
• Understanding of supply chain and integrated logistics
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Strategic mindset with growth orientation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• LEAN mindset with focus on continuous improvement
