Degree in Engineering, Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience in environmental and social risk management, preferably in technology and utilities.

Strong understanding of business operations and compliance with industry best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong research, analytical, and project management abilities.

Develop recommendations for corporate governance and document them accordingly. Monitor environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.

Provide technical expertise on environmental and social impact assessments, ensuring sustainability risks are managed using industry best practices.

Identify key ESG risks and impacts of transactions, ensuring internal teams and decision-makers understand their significance.

Conduct environmental and social safeguarding due diligence.

Ensure compliance with ESG policies, guidelines, and project-specific requirements, supporting proper risk management.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure technical and financial resources for sustainable operations.

Engage with stakeholders as per relevant policies and report on consultations.
