Job Requirements:

Project Business Development & Sales

• Bring in potential event organisers for collaborated events
• Identify, target, and secure new exhibitors, sponsors, and partners for collaborated events
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for collaborated events

Partner Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners of collaborated events
• Provide consultative support to partners, ensuring their objectives are met
• Deliver exceptional partner support service & communication throughout the collaborated events

Market Research & Strategy

• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new collaborated event opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns
• Contribute to pricing strategies and sales packages

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, marketing, and MICE services teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Provide input on event design and layout to optimize exhibitor and visitor experience

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years direct experience from Event Organizers
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record in project management and sales, preferably within events, consumer shows & trade shows
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term partner & client relationships
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
