We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to help transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions and operational improvements. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about analytics, reporting, and problem-solving.

What You’ll Do Data Analysis & Insights

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Support teams with data-driven recommendations
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to solve business challenges

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
• Create visualizations to present insights clearly
• Support recurring reporting cycles across departments
• Monitor performance metrics and operational data

Data Quality & Management

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Validate datasets and resolve inconsistencies
• Maintain documentation for reports and data processes
• Assist with data extraction, transformation, and preparation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with teams across operations, marketing, finance, and product
• Translate business requirements into analytical outputs
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives

️ What You Bring

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
