Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Penang, Malaysia, for a Human Resources Administrator. The responsibilities of the role include managing HR operations, overseeing benefits administration, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and supporting HR management initiatives. The HR Administrator will play a vital role in fostering a productive work environment and ensuring the alignment of HR functions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Penang, Malaysia
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
• Professional HR certifications or relevant experience are an advantage
• Ability to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
