Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior IT Support Executive to manage our firm's technical infrastructure and provide essential support to office and fabrication site teams in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for office-based project teams and fabrication site personnel to maintain smooth operations
• Manage and maintain the firm’s IT infrastructure to ensure reliable system performance
• Provide timely technical support and guidance to users to minimize downtime and enhance productivity
• Collaborate with project teams to understand and address their IT needs in the engineering context
• Monitor hardware and software performance and coordinate necessary repairs or upgrades
• Document IT support activities and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
