Full Time Safety Coordinator (Building Construction) Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,000 in TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily safety inspections, compile reports, and maintain records
• Supervise site work; ensure lifting gear, appliances, and electrical equipment are inspected and up to date
• Enforce rules for in-house worker dormitory
• Work daily with WSH team, management, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with WSH regulations
• Assist in accident/incident investigations; prepare monthly safety report
• Monitor worker training; enroll and update workers' course records as directed by Project Director/HR
• Assist with new hire orientation, onboarding, offboarding, and worker interviews
• Participate in the Risk Management Team, conduct EHS training and toolbox meetings
• Carry out duties per the WSH Management System

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in WSH or equivalent
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Building Construction
• Familiar with WSH Act, risk management, and SS codes
• Strong hazard identification and problem-solving skills
• Willing to respond to emergencies if needed
• Experience with internal safety audits
• Basic ability to read construction drawings
