Role Description

We are looking for a Preventative/Project Maintenance Technician to ensure the functionality, servicing & upkeep of all freezers, chillers, air-conditioners, water supply/drainage, electricity balancing & facility infrastructure across our outlets. These preventative measures are to ensure minimal operational downtime at our outlets to enable the outlet operations team to deliver a great customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance & Reliability

  • Maintaining, servicing, and repair of operational equipment including but not limited to:

freezers, chillers, air-conditioners, water supply/drainage, electricity balancing

Implement preventive maintenance measures diligently to reduce unexpected breakdowns.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment complies with safety and operational standards.


2. Facilities Maintenance

  • Maintain outlet infrastructure including:
  • Electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC (including air conditioning servicing), and basic structural integrity.
  • Ensure all maintenance work adheres to legal safety regulations and internal SOPs.


3. Reporting & Documentation

  • Update records of equipment servicing history, repair logs, costs, and downtime incidents.
  • Contribute to the development of SOPs and emergency response protocols.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Pw4 certification is a plus.


Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven experience in working across multiple locations.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and electrical/plumbing infrastructure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, planning and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
