About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and curious Product Management Intern to support the development of our Retail Banking products. You will work closely with the product team to enhance everyday banking experiences such as onboarding, payments, accounts and cards.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about fintech and keen to learn how customer-centric financial products are built and scaled in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development and enhancement of retail banking products (e.g. payments, transfers, cards and savings)
• Assist in writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Help manage and prioritize the product backlog alongside product managers
• Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to identify opportunities
• Analyze customer behavior and product performance metrics to generate insights
• Work with design, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Assist in UAT testing and validation of new features before launch
• Contribute ideas to improve user experience, engagement, and retention

What We’re Looking For

• Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong interest in fintech, digital banking, or consumer products
• Customer-centric mindset with curiosity about user behavior and journeys
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Basic understanding of payments, cards, or digital banking features is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Figma, or analytics tools is an advantage
