Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Petaling Jaya. The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, compliance, and payroll processing. The role involves developing and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
  • Proficiency in Employee Engagement, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
  • Experience in Training Development, HR Policies, and Compliance
  • Skills in Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and Compensation Planning
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software tools and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations is required
