Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kedah, Malaysia. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing manufacturing systems, monitoring production operations, troubleshooting process issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflows. You will ensure compliance with quality standards, reduce costs, and work on continuous improvement strategies to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Process Engineering
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
- Familiarity with quality standards and lean manufacturing methodologies
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in industries such as automotive, electronics, or heavy machinery is advantageous
