Job Description:

Assist in presales activities, such as:

• Prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA with ready templates)
• Drafting standard proposals
• Conduct product demonstrations and address queries on products
• Prepare quotations for review and approval

Assist in post-sales / operational activities, such as:

• Manage products and product partners
• Monitor billing cycles and prepare billings to clients
• Research, evaluate and recommend new products and services
• Plan and execute lead-generation activities / events

As core Tech Team member:

• Handle IT asset inventory, including tracking, updating, and maintaining records of IT equipment and software licenses.

Work independently or collaboratively with team on ad-hoc assignments, such as:

• Manage projects – communicate with clients, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Support process and workflow automation related projects
• Support other business pillars where requested

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in IT, computer science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and network systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in scripting languages and data analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
