Waterproofing & Coating / Construction Industry / Chemical sales

• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
• Basic $3500 ~ $5000 depend on exp
• Entitle for sales commission & transport allowances
• Posses own transportation for travel around Singapore for client meet up / site visit

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the sales pipeline for waterproofing projects from prospecting to project award stage
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders
• Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiations, and project follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution and product supply
• Maintain proper sales and project documentation within CRM/database systems
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to clients
• Conduct site inspections and surveys for waterproofing requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during site activities
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and waterproofing technologies
• Conduct product training sessions for contractors, applicators, and site personnel
