Job Description – Finance Assistant

Position: Finance Executive

We are looking for a dedicated anddetail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge in finance and accounting functions, with hands-onexperience in invoicing, payroll processing, and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance-related tasks
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Assist with payroll processing and salary administration
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor company expenses
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Assist in the consolidation of global financial reporting and ensure timely submission of reports
• Coordinate with overseas entities and internal departments for financial data compilation and reporting
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on finance matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of elevant working experience preferred
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, payroll processes, and financial reporting
• Experience in handling consolidated or multi-entity reporting is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
