Primech A&P is looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily site operations in Woodlands. If you enjoy coordinating tasks, supporting teams, and keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
Working Hours
5.5 days work week
Alternate Saturdays
8:00AM – 5:00PM
Key Responsibilities
Manage workers’ attendance and OT claim submissions via app and Excel
Support HR duties such as submitting employment documents, assisting with recruitment, and arranging staff training
Liaise with clients, employees, HQ, and members of the public
Handle office administration including filing, inventory management, and ordering supplies
Monitor CMMS applications and dashboards
Prepare and submit reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum NITEC qualification in any field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Familiar with cloud-sharing platforms such as Google Drive or SharePoint
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems and dashboards quickly
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to handle confidential information professionally
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
Good time management and prioritization skills
