Job Title: Project Admin
Salary Range: S$1800 – S2800
Report to: Project & QA/QC Manager

- N Level or relevant experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word, Power Point and
- Must be able to work well with others in a team setting.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be able to effectively handle many concurrent projects.
- Assist Project Manager & QA/QC Manager on daily operation
- Support HOD to establish, implement and maintain the QC system for products that need to comply with ASME codes.
- Prepare, control and maintain the QC Manual in accordance with ASME code.
- Assist in sourcing for materials as requested by project team
- prepare report
- Filing
- Co-ordinate with various department for the job done
- Clerical duties
- Any adhoc work assigned by HOD
