What You’ll Do Data Analysis & Insights

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Identify trends, patterns, and performance insights
• Support business decisions through data-driven findings
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for different teams and projects

Reporting & Visualization

• Build dashboards and reports using business data
• Track KPIs and performance metrics across departments
• Create visualizations to communicate insights clearly
• Support regular reporting cycles and presentations

Data Quality & Management

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data
• Validate datasets and troubleshoot inconsistencies
• Maintain documentation for data processes and reports
• Support data extraction, transformation, and preparation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with teams across product, finance, marketing, and operations
• Translate business requirements into analytical outputs
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support data-driven improvements across the organization

️ What You Bring

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
