Responsible for the planning, implementation and management of facility monitoring and automation systems for high‑tech fabs
Responsibilities
- FMCS system planning and implementation
- System design: Plan the FMCS software and hardware architecture covering cleanroom environment management, chemical supply, gas distribution, water treatment systems and power/energy management systems.
- Network and integration: Lead network planning and installation and define integration strategies for programmable logic controllers and field devices.
- Engineering interface coordination: Manage subcontractor tendering, prepare scopes of work, develop schedules and budgets, evaluate contractors and negotiate contract details.
- Coordinate bidding or execution of project I&C design work, including oversight of design quality, schedule and cost control, stakeholder communication and coordination, and management and performance appraisal of assigned team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 20 years of I&C design experience in international EPC projects, including managing high-tech facilities, power plants, petrochemical plants, or advanced manufacturing plants
- Experience in cross-cultural management within global EPC projects
