Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Simpang Ampat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and addressing employee concerns to foster a productive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Demonstrated expertise in various aspects of Human Resources (HR)
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools is an advantage
• Experience with Malaysian employment laws and regulations is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
