Responsibilities
Location: Pasir Panjang
Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Salary: Up to $3,000 (Negotiable based on experience and suitability)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service to trade clients
• Process sales orders and prepare quotations
• Monitor stock availability and manage inventory reservations
• Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and operations teams
• Support customer account setup and documentation
• Liaise with finance team on payment matters before delivery
• Assist with marketing activities and general admin duties
Requirements:
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience with inventory systems is an advantage
• Interest or knowledge in wine is preferred
• WSET certification is a bonus
