Job Description

Responsibilities

Salary: $3150 - $3500
Working Days: 6 Days | 9am - 9pm / 11am - 11pm
Working Location: (Near MacRitchie reserved)

Daily 2-way Transport provided at Caldecott/Bishan MRT Direct to MRT/home for late hours. Uniform and meals provided

Job Scope:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food according to menu and chef instructions
  • Perform cooking tasks such as chopping, marinating and plating etc
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are met
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Follow food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Support banquet and event food preparation when required
  • Carry out other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree certificate
  • With at least 1 year working experience as cook
