Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across markets
  • Drive execution across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Synthesize findings into clear insights, options, and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Partner with regional and functional stakeholders (i.e Operations, P&E, ODS, Commercial) to validate findings and align on outcomes
  • Develop project updates, dashboards, and final executive readouts
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards
  • Support leadership in translating project outcomes into next‑phase actions or initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project / program management, consulting, or strategic operations
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, first‑mile or last‑mile operations
  • Proven experience leading structured review or diagnostic projects across multiple markets
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear project plans and deliverables
  • Experience managing multi‑stakeholder regional projects with senior leadership exposure
  • Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights into executive‑ready recommendations
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations
