Logistics Executive (Import/Export)

Up to $4,000 (commensurate with experience)

We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Executive to support daily import/export shipment coordination, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


Manage import/export documentation and shipment coordination
Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery timelines
Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations and Incoterms
Track inbound shipments and support import declarations/GST reporting
Coordinate transportation and return shipments when required
Support inventory control and stock movement tracking
Assist in basic warehouse operations including packing, labelling, sorting, and preparation of goods for delivery
Receive, inspect, and organise incoming goods and materials
Maintain accurate inventory and ERP system records


Requirements


Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export, logistics, or supply chain operations
Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms
Familiar with GST reporting related to imports
Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics providers
Comfortable supporting warehouse operations and handling physical inventory tasks when required (Training provided for operating equipment).
Familiar with ERP systems
