Are you organized, responsible, and eager to contribute to the smooth operations of an education center? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Operations Executive.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Executive, you will be pivotal in ensuring our education centers run smoothly with the Operation Team. Your responsibilities include:

• Operational Oversight: Handle the center's operations on 4 weekdays (1:30 - 9:30PM) and 1 Sunday (8:45 AM - 6:45 PM).
• Opening and Closing Duties: Ensure the center is ready for operations and secure after closing.
• Administrative Tasks: Attend to walk-in customers and prospective clients.
  Handle incoming phone calls and messages.
  Maintain databases and records.
  Prepare materials for teachers, including photocopying and filing.
  Ensure the center is tidy and stocked with essential office supplies.
• Book keeping: Process invoices, receipts and claims.
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor from time to time.
  

Note: Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you for success in this role.
