We are looking for an execution-focused software developer who can independently build and ship modern web and mobile applications from start to finish. This role is for someone who understands not just coding, but also product thinking, UI/UX, scalability, AI-assisted development workflows, and business impact.

This is an immediate hiring position for a hands-on builder who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing, developing, improving, and maintaining web and mobile applications across our ecosystem. You are expected to work independently, move fast, think strategically, and leverage AI tools effectively to accelerate development and problem solving.

You should be comfortable owning an entire product lifecycle — from planning architecture and UI/UX implementation to deployment, optimization, debugging, and continuous iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications 
• Independently handle projects from concept to production deployment 
• Build scalable backend systems, APIs, databases, and integrations 
• Develop responsive and polished frontend interfaces with strong UI/UX awareness 
• Utilize AI tools and AI-assisted coding workflows to improve development speed and quality 
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions 
• Work closely with management, designers, and product stakeholders 
• Perform debugging, optimization, testing, and production support 
• Improve application performance, reliability, and security 
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision making 
• Rapidly prototype and iterate new product ideas 
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment systems, authentication systems, and automation workflows 
• Maintain proper documentation and clean, maintainable codebase
