Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to analyse trends and explore market potential
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional stakeholders as well as internal teams
• Support preparation of reports and presentations for management
• Assist in ad-hoc research and business initiatives
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts to support business growth
• Follow up on issues and resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing or a related discipline
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and coordination abilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
