CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE (FREIGHT FORWARDING)

 Job descriptions:

• - Support the sales and management teams in marketing and business development activities.
• - Supporting the Sales team in pricing, preparing quotations.
• - Obtain rates from overseas partners/vendors and prepare costing sheets and quotations.
• - Generate business leads internally and secure new business and grow customer base, develop, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• - Follow up on sales leads and prospects, targeting to acquire these leads as new customers.
• - Compile Sales Reports for the Management
• - Any other related duties assigned from time to time to meet the business needs.

Requirements:

• - Min. 3 years' of relevant operational experience in International Air & Seafreight forwarding/logistic.
• - Discipline, Result-oriented, Success driven and able to work under pressure
• - Good interpersonal communication skill with excellent customer service competency
• - Strong communicator, Independent, Focus
• - Good customer service skills with excellent communication skills in English
• - Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multi-task and team player
• - Candidates able to commence work immediately would be an advantage
