Full Time Application Support Jobs, salary up to SGD 7,600 in Talent-merge Pte. Ltd. Central - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

1. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for Oracle-based applications and systems across production and non-production environments.
2. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines.
3. Perform root cause analysis for application and database-related issues, and implement preventive measures.
4. Support Oracle database operations including data validation, query execution, batch job monitoring, and error handling.
5. Work closely with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve technical and functional issues.
6. Manage application deployment activities, patching, upgrades, and configuration changes in accordance with change management procedures.
7. Develop and maintain SQL scripts, reports, and technical documentation to support operational activities.
8. Conduct system health checks, performance tuning, and capacity monitoring to ensure system stability and availability.
9. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), production releases, and post-implementation support activities.
10. Ensure proper incident tracking, documentation, and compliance with IT governance, security, and audit requirements.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in application support for Oracle-based systems and applications.
3. Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, and troubleshooting of application-related issues.
4. Experience supporting enterprise applications, batch processing, system integrations, and incident management processes.
5. Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
