Requirements
- Possession of a valid GDL (Goods Driving License) is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a lorry driver; preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to load and unload goods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to schedules.
- Ability to work independently.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Able to handle 3 tonne lorry
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a lorry to transport goods and materials to assigned locations.
- Adhere to all traffic rules, regulations, and safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of yourself, others on the road, and the vehicle.
- Load and unload goods accurately, ensuring correct handling and quantities.
- Communicate with the operations team regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
