We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of Singapore companies
• Assist clients with the use of Swiftly’s platform and automated corporate secretarial tools
• Guide clients on generating standard directors’ resolutions and corporate documents through the platform
• Prepare and draft more complex or non-standard resolutions where required
• Prepare and file annual returns via BizFile
• Handle company incorporation applications
• Assist with changes relating to directors, shareholders, company officers, share transfers, etc.
• Liaise with clients on corporate secretarial and compliance matters
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements
• Maintain proper statutory records and company registers
• Coordinate with internal departments including Accounts, Tax, and Client Relations
• Support workflow improvements and technology-driven operational initiatives where required

Requirements

• Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) environment
• Familiar with ACRA BizFile filings and Singapore corporate secretarial compliance requirements
• Comfortable working in a technology-driven and automation-led environment
• Able to manage timelines and work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with corporate secretarial software will be an advantage
