Responsibilities

Position Description:

The Business Analyst will drive process improvements and deliver insights across CoE functions, including procurement, commercial support, document control, QA engineering, IT, and HR. The role supports innovation and transformation initiatives, leveraging AI-driven analytics and automation to enhance efficiency and compliance. Acting as a bridge between business and IT, the analyst ensures solutions align with organizational goals while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into actionable strategies are essential.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and performance across procurement, supply chain, commercial support, QA engineering, and document control.
  • Drive end-to-end process optimization across CoE functions through data-driven analysis and redesign.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align business requirements with IT solutions.
  • Provide consulting insights that drive efficiency and cost reduction across CoE functions.
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation and recommend innovative AI-driven solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and change management programs to ensure smooth adoption of new digital solutions.
  • Build dashboards and predictive models to provide real-time visibility into COE Hub performance.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
