Job Description

Requirements

        Diploma or Degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. However, candidates with significant experience in the relevant field will also be considered in lieu of formal education.

        Fresh graduates in relevant fields are welcomed to apply

        Flexible to arrangement in fixed working hour and/or Shift Work with ad-hoc allowances

        Minimum of 2-years of working experience in similar industry.

        Good team player with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

        Proactive and possess positive attitude.

        Independent personality and versatile as a good team player when working on projects within a team.

        Candidate must have a relentless attitude and take responsibility and ownership of customer problems, from start to resolution.

        Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE) are a plus.

Responsibilities

 

        Provide onsite Systems and Network support to clients on daily operations.

        Working in Data Centers environment supporting global tech giants’ infrastructures.

        Opportunity to engage with and to apply state-of-the-art and cutting-edge technologies in practice.

        Conduct basic to advanced operations within Linux environments.

        Handle Level 1 or Level 2 analysis, troubleshooting and resolution on the problems related to servers, networking equipment’s and user systems.

        Resolve case tickets raised by customers, maintaining detailed record daily.

        Collaborate with Level 2 Support team to analyse and resolve complex problems.

        Engage with multiple stakeholders, including internal technical teams, external technical teams and customer personnel.

        Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides.

        Sharing of knowledge through technical documentation, knowledge-based articles and team sharing sessions.

        Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance service delivery.

        Training will be provided.

        Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
